Coaching Confidentiality

How Long Information Is Kept

• Coaching notes: up to 5 years after coaching ends
• Emails: 7 years
• Financial records: 7 years
• Marketing information: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent

Coaching notes may be retained for up to 5 years to support continuity of coaching relationships where clients return for further coaching and to maintain appropriate professional records.

Where appropriate, information may be deleted sooner if it is no longer required.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, restrict or request deletion of your personal information where appropriate, and to withdraw consent for marketing communications.
